Best Route to Cuba

I know this has been answered ___times, but I'm a nubie.

What is the best way to get to Cuba from Florida? Boat, Plane? Intertube? :) Seriously want to fish and sightsee.

If you can find someone sailing to Cuba, that might be an option.

Fly to Mexico/Nassau and then on to Cuba.
