HELP FOR TREASURY DEPARTMENT LETTER *

Im Cuban and I been living in NYC for four years. I do not have any family members here. My family needs me since my mother is having a kidney operantion. *After 45 years the doctors discovered she has tree kidneys. My Grandmother has cancer.

I got a Visa to go to Cuba but I don't have the letter from the treasury department. Please if you know how to get this letter in personal or you know some body that could help me please email: Odelaisy@yahoo.com

It sounds like you have the visa issued by Cuba, not the OFAC one ? If I am correct.....

I don't think you'll be able to get one from OFAC in that short a time frame.
