cuba celular phones

I'm new on this forum, it looks really cool. I've been to Cuba for the first time last month and I had the greatest time!!

Right now I am having this little problem; I would like to know the prefix number of celular phones in Cuba and how many digits they have. I got this celular number from a Cuban friend, only I don't know if I have to add a country code and so on to send him a message. The number is 3383384574. So if anyone knows some number of Cubans celular phones from your Cuban friends, can you compare it to this number please. I will be very greatful..

phones and cuba l car'nt work them out :o
they give me the hebe jebees.
l have searched the web and there is lots of info re all kinds of phoning in cuba.
maybe you could look into it.
it will probably make more sense to you ::)
