I think they will receive their mail.......in time. However, i understand if one sends money it will not arrive.

You must be one lucky guy gunny. Most of the letters I have sent, never arrived. Even if they don't have money (and mine never have) they are opened in hopes they do contain money. The only thing I have had success with is postcards. Receiving mail from Cuba is reliable though. Nobody sends money FROM Cuba.

If anyone has a letter to send to Cuba and if they live in Havana or Matanza, perhaps I can help?
I have many friends in Cuba with internet access, mainly Havana and Matanza who would gladly deliver a print out of your letter to your friend for a small fee of $5 US.
I can send them your letter and they will deliver it directly or have them pick it up.
Or if you have contact with someone in Cuba with internet access see if they can do you the favor of sending a letter for you.
Many also elect to just have them called up and read the letter you have sent.
The $5 of course is to cover their expenses like gas,ink etc.
Although I collect the fee I dont make a dime from it.
The service is immediate (upon payment)
The $5 also includes a response for whom you have sent the letter to,make it as long as you like, many are happy with this service,I can assure you it's on the up and up and it's handled very professional like.

Hi YoungCuban,
I have friends in Matanzas I would like to send a letter to. Is it possible to get a response from the person as well. How will we do this?

I'll tell you what,as a sign of good faith I will give you this one for free!
Send me a private message with the persons phone number (if any) and address and I'll have it sent right away.
Yes,I will get a response for you from that person and if possible a photo.
Today is Friday so do not expect an answer until next week sometime, many of my sources have internet access because of their jobs, but they dont work weekends.
Please no mention of politics of any kind in your letter, these are humane measures that we take and politics to us YUCA's has nothing to do with our cause!

"politics to us YUCA's has nothing to do with our cause!"
Please don’t let that stop YUCA from helping YSuCA (Young Suburban Cuban Americans). We are a non-corporate entity. We are dedicated to providing important information to the voters of America. We believe that balanced information and alternative media sources can change US policy.
YSuCA’s primary goal is to end the embargo. (Politics)
I’m not sure if you received my private message; your response to my public post stated that you’re 36 and didn’t fit the subject criteria. You ignored my request for an interview, and the YUCA’s have not responded to YSuCA’s plea for help.
I understand if YUCA wants to remain underground, but YSuCA can really use the aid.
Cuba Action Day – Bus Trip from Miami to DC
Trip begins April 25, end April 28.
All expenses paid plus per diem.

Vanguard,I spoke to many YUCA's who are of the criteria you are looking for,but none could go on this venture for private reasons.
We prefer to stay underground for many reasons that cannot be discussed on any forum nor through email.
Are you in the Miami area by any chance? Perhaps we can meet in person if so?
If you're in the film business in Miami,it may very well be that you know who I am ;)
