which countries accept "balseros"?

does anybody know which countries still accept cuban "balseros"? does hondura? or mexico? how many days does it take from cuba by boat? thank you very much for your answer...

Other than the USA, no other country.

There have been some, although very few, instances where Cubans were allowed to stay in other countries.

Getting to the USA depends on the method and the time of year. The unpowered rafts can take well over a month although a couple of weeks seems to be the norm. A "go fast" boat, a few hours.

Unpowered, depends on tides, wind and weather. The odds of being intercepted by the US Coast Guard appear to be quite high. How many disappear, no one knows.
