weather in October

Hi !
I am going to be in Cuba during the first two weeks of October, and I was hoping someone could tell me what type of weather to expect during that time...?
I won't hold anyone responsible if it rains on me the whole time :)

Bring an unbrella. I was planning to go for the month of October but have pushed my plans to the end of November. I was living on the island of Cozumel in Mexico last year and the rain was pretty bad the second week of October thru November 10th.

Although October is the peak hurricane month in that part of the world, they usually don't hit Cuba. Bad weather from the fringes of big storms do affect the island though, making the northern beaches uncomfortable and stirring up enough water to deter swimming (cold water). Although this CAN happen, ther odds are that the weather will be just fine.

I was there the 2 last week of September and 1st of October last year - traveled around the country.
Weather was fine for the 3 wks.

the weather in October in cuba is hot mostly, I will say around 80-85 F , if you live in a cold weather, it will be summer to you. The temperature at night is around the same. Take plenty of shorts and t-shirts, don't forget your swimsuit :)

Is the weather cold (in October)? Depends on where you are. October is generally pretty mild, but if you are in the higher elevations it can be cool. Early October will be warmer than late October.
