Fishing near Santiago de Cuba

I NEED HELP
I leave in 2 weeks for a resort about 40 km east of Santiago de Cuba and I am looking do do some fishing. Tarpon would be great but any fish will do! Does anyone know of any fishing guides or spots we could go too? Any recommendation on lures and equipment to bring. Any river fishing to be done in that area. We are willing to travel up to a couple of hours to fish if necessary.
