Family Holiday with fishing

I am lookig to go to Cuba in September for the first time, it will be a family holiday as well as some fishing, i am looking for all sorts of fishing and looking for some information. What are the best regions to stay in with nearby access to flats and the possibillity of boat trip for deep sea fishing.
Any relevant boat websites for boat hire or fishing info would be great
I would appreciate any advice that you have.
