Coco Guides/ boats wantes ffly fishing

Two mad Englishmen in Cayo Coco for 2 weeks in mid April want a bit of local info, contacts for guides, boats etc for fly fishing for bones, cudas, permit and tarpon.
any suggestions re essential tackle or local gen.
also best areas to fish without spending a fortune?
