There is a site in Montreal it is www.voyagesbergeron.com (http://www.voyagesbergeron.com) depends of your departure date but it is the best price i found and i looked everywhere all the times. Now it is around 425$ depends on where in Cuba you are going. This agency will have your ticket delivered at your home. I'm going in Cuba in 10 days and i paid 398$ a few weeks ago with this web site. Good luck!

This person could be almost anywhere in the world. They walk into a travel office and are quoted $700 CAD.

Yes you can't get much lower than $701.90 with Air Canada at present.
