Need Help Sending Letter

I was in Cayo Coco recently and spent some time hanging out with one of the staff at the NH Krystal (El Senador). Unfortunately I could not find them to say goodbye before I left and did not get their contact information. Does anybody know an address I could send a letter to? Please let me know.
