del Forn Family info

I am trying to acquire family history on my father's side. My father was born in Cardenas in 1922. His father was also born there in 1893. That is where the trail goes cold. We only know the first and last name of my great grandfather, Pedro del Forn. If there are available birth and death records in Cardenas, then perhaps, we could discover important family information.

Does anyone out there know of any such available data source?
