hi all
just got back from fishing in the cayos, started off at the pier lots of small fish as always caught a nice red snapper about 8 pounds on first day. took shrimp also took a nice 4 pounder (gave both to the gardners).
my friends daniel+hanoi both workers from the sol next hotel up took me and my wife for a days fishing, at la-redronda honoi father is the main boat guide for the lake alberta is his name, nice guy great day fishing for catfish biggest about 12 pound, also a few to 4 pound but lost 2 crackers.
back to the pier where i met 2 great guys dave and steve, who me and mark met last november, dave had acracking time with the red snapper i lost quite a few good fish around the piers pilings but all in all had a cracking time fishing as this is what i go for all the fish we caught went to the workers.
met a great guy chris+his wife and 2 girls cheered him up as he never brought any tackle and got a nice rod and reel from a canadian police man for nothing cheers dave.
must give the fantastic waiter yosmani a mention nothing is to much for this gentleman he was fantastic, left him my abu 7000c, and my lure rod and loads of rapala,line hooks ect ect which he will put good use to he is the ranchon waiter+buffet waiter also flipper the dancer+victor if you have any fishing gear left over give it to yosmani he will make sure it goes to the right people (mark you welsh gayboy) got us fixed up with alberta for acouple of daysfishing in la redronda tight lines
