Yes,

I have heard of him if I remember correctly he is a keen fly fisherman, a friend of mine used him last year out of the Melia Cayo coco. You can probably contac him via the national parc on cayo coco.

Your rep should know how to get hold of him, all of the guides stalk the new arrivals anyway to tout for business.

The only thing ii would say is make sure you tell whatever guide you use exactly what you want and confirm the price before going anywhere. On some occassions we have found little extras have been added on top of the original price quoted.

A good guide is great value but they now make a good living from the visiting fisherman and often take advantage sometimes.

I am not trying to put you off but peaking from experience as far as costs go, I was not impressed at all when the trip went up by nearly £50.00 needless to say when I questioned the inflation of the price the original price agreed was paid and NO TIP !!

Ask some of the barman or hotel satff they usually know who they would trust a reccommend etc.

I hope this helps you a little bit I'm off there agin in the next few weeks.

Cheers

Billy
