Iv'e bought wind up torches as advised ( 3.99 from Wilkinsons they also do a smaller pump version for 2.99 ) and i would like to give these to the local fisherman. This is where i start to get confused, are the handline fishermen on the bridge locals ? Because i was led to believe that people who don't work at the hotels or have business there aren't allowed on the cayos,and that these fishermen were hotel workers between shifts.
Also do all the workers travel back to Moron or do the hotels provide accomadation?
