Hola! Is it possible to caught fish on DIY basis on RAPALAS or TOP WATER lures at the pier, or the only chances are with livebait? Thanks!

unless the pier is fixed there is no chance of catching anything as they boarded it up in november twice infact we still fished it.
but the last time they boarded it up they where asking people not to fish it but i cannot speak spanish so i cold not understand them lol.
on the pier anything is possible but raps never worked for me so i gave flipper all mine to keep when i go back so i can use them at the guard point or the bridge as they work after dark regards.

i just come back the pier is not fixed but you can go on it.. dosent matter if its boarded up... On and there is baracuda everywhere snapper and other fish.. all i use was small hooks a bobber and some shrimp from the buffet
