nice fish on cayo coca

hi all on trip advisor under the heading seaprince, review he has just caught a 55 pound fish of the hobby cats at the sol cayo coco can anybody tell me what fish it is????. its the one seaprince is holding on the beach regards

Looks like an Amberjack to me.

I lost a monster (I saw it take my bait!) that I battled for an hour at Cayo Coco a few years ago!

100 % AMBERJACK,

Iv'e caught a few in Mexico.

As in all fish colouration depends on water quality and clarity ,the clearer the water the lighter coloured the fish,hope this helps steve.

P.s. when do you go.

hi bri go in may cant wait, and again in november for 3 weeks ohh what joy her that owns everthing, sunbathing and me just fishing&fishing&fishing&more fishing and maybe drinking while wait for it FISHING LOL
