What's wrong with CubaAmor.com?

I registered with CubaMania and CubaAmor on the same day, back in April. My CubaMania account was approved within 24 hours and has worked without any problems. But my CubaAmor account is "read only." Whenever I try to post anything I get an error message saying "insufficient privileges." I've e-mailed the administrators repeatedly and never received a response. Any suggestions for what to do?

http://www.stylelife.com/ had the same problem, and they spent six months tracking down the problem and fixing it. The BBS application wasn't sending out the registration e-mails. CubaAmor.com appears to use the same software.

If they got admin personnel that approve your account before going live, and this person(s) is not doing the job these could be the reason, do you know if that cuba forum is actively moderated ?
