To rent a sailing boat ?

Hello !
Travelling to Cuba for the first time in december, I have done some sailing courses in Iceland (where I´m from ),so I really want to do some sailing in Cuba, we are 4 people. Does anyone know about places to rent sailing boats, preferably with a captain ?
