Hello! We are from Cancun and Me and my Girl-friend are traveling to Cuba for 15 days from the 2nd of April to the 17, and would like to rent a Keelboat (sloop) 25-30 ft for a couple of days, but would like a decent price. We would be traveling to La Habana, Varadero,Cienfuegos, Sacti Spiritu and Trinidad. It doesnt have to be a bareboat, we can bring the skipper or owner along. If anybody knows some body please contact us. crisalis1@hotmail.com

Unfortunately as you will discover on your trip, Cuba is unlike many countries in the world, and there are no sailboats for rent anyplace in Cuba. In several places in the country there are sailboats that take out boatloads of tourists for snorkling and sunset cruises, but that is as good as it gets for sailboats in Cuba.

Papa, good info but not cheap is right, had a look and the smallest boat they will run approx. $4000.00 USD per week, plus security deposits + daily sailing taxes and you haven't gone anywhere yet *:o

I just sent them an e-mail asking if they still in business and got an immediate reply and yes the service does operate
