Hello everyone! I'm going to Cuba for the first time in February. I'm flying into the Bahamas and will stay there for a few days before heading on to Cuba. Here is my question. Has anyone out there made the trip from Nassau to Havana by boat? I would love any information I can get (how long it takes, how much it costs, names of people or tour outfits that can take me, etc.) Thanks!

Another piece of info: I'm from the U.S.

Take a plane from Nassau. It only takes an hour. I personally don't recommend staying in the Bahamas as long as you're planing to.
believe me, once you get to Cuba, you won't want to leave. The days you spend in Nassau will be wasted time and money.

Hi, I have juste found this message you wrote 4 years ago and I would like to know how did you do finally??? did you manage to get the boat from Nassau???

I'll go to Cuba probably this sommer and I'll fly first to Nassau. I'd like to take a boat !!

There are no boats of ferry's from anyplace to or from Cuba.

Did you have any success in finding a boat or a ferry from Nassau?

Any luck on this boat?...Jet Blue gets you to NAS, but then it gets expensive. THX CBB

No boats or ferries, maybe some day.

yes ferries between the 2 countries would be ideal, will make things much easier
