When does the season start?

I would love to see a game. Has anyone attended any of the games. How is the atmosphere. Are they any rumbling or fights in the stands. How much does it cost and are we allowed to go there.

been several times to the Latino stadium in havana. go with cubans let them buy tickets. about a dime.
some fussin in the stands but many cops so no problem.

It can be "tough" outside the stadium. It's not exactly in the best neighborhood.

The season is in full swing at the moment.

Try watching one in Guantanamo! It's the same price and the team is consistantly bad so getting a ticket and a good seat is not a problem. ;D :P ;)

Some words of advice if you are going to a game in Havana at Estadio Latinoamericano:
As Greslogo stated we heard that it is a "tough" area.
If you take a taxi to the game make arrangements for the driver to pick you up after the game.
Put nothing you want to keep under you seat. There is a very large gap between your seat and the seat behind you.
We had a bag stolen at a game.
This is a very large stadium 60,000 seats if there are only 1000 people at the game and someone sits right behind you be wary.
