I have booked a flight to Varadero in December and checked out my options as best I can. It would appear that have to get to Havana first to find transport to Guantanamo. Viazul is $51, a Cubana flight $110 and the train no longer runs to Guantanamo. Any helpful ideas or updated info would be would be appreciated.
