There's a big difference between some people just voicing there opinions and people who among over things have collected 20 million dollars from groups outside the country whose sole pupose is to overthrough the government.

Tell me, what do who think George Bush would do if that happened over here??

Is a democratic election the same thing as overthrowing the government?

So let's just say, what if there was this democratic election in Cuba tomorrow and Castro won "which he would", what would be the response from the U.S side? Would they then demand a recall and start a new petition?

Face it there will be no end to this untill the U.S corparations have there mits back in Cuba. They don't care who's running the country, Fidel Castro, Deng Show Ping or Peter Pan.

Bush doesn't have 3 million Americans getting in broken down botes and escaping USA. The American people have free elections and we vote for a different president every 4 years, if we don't like one we can change. Castro had already 21% of his citizens run out on him, and probably a few more millions would like to escape that opression but can't. There are no free elections in Cuba and people can't speak up and ask for change or they get in trouble. Cuba is falling apart and if it wasn't for Chavez the whole island would be in the dark. Castro has forced himself on the Cuban people, but he will die soon, nobody lives forever.

You can't compare Cuba and the USA. They are two different entities. There is nothing the USA wants from Cuba. Cuba has no riches, the people in Cuba are programmed to live off the crumbs the government throws at them, they don't own businesses, they have no idea how to live in a free society, they could not handle very well at first, it will take many years before Cuba can get back to what it used to be before Castro placed his paws on the island.

I lived in three countries so far, and visited several others. USA is the best system, even with our flaws. Here you can find liberty and hapiness, if you try.

George Bush would do nothing, every elected USA President has 4 years to hold that position and that's that! There are laws to secure our system and other government bodies to insure it. The opposite party, which is the democratic party does raise money during the president's term and it's all legal and accepted by both parties.
Any other questions or doubts?
The fact is Castro has used and abused his power and nobody can question his regime, I hope the Cuban people wise up and fight for their freedom and human rights. They have been slaves to a selfish, opportunistic and mentally ill dictator.

George Bush would do nothing,

I thought Bush sent Condi Rice to do a job with the soon anticipated changeover once Castro dies.

Regardless of all the imperfections of the USA gov, this country is free, and the gov, respect its citizens, that is something the cuban gov need to learn the sooner the better, and stop harrasing citizens who do not want to follow the dictator
