I have read a lot of information about documents. In Cuba they speak about carta blanca, 150 US dollar. Nobody can explain me if carta blanca is similar to a PRE or PVE, permiso de residencia en el exterior or permiso viaje el exterior?
Me expercience is if a person does not know the difference you pay twice. So, is there a difference? Thanks, Olga |

I think that the carta blanca is a generic term for ANY exit visa.
The price of $150m sounds more like the carta de invitacion.
